BURNER
Super capable in about anything you want to throw it into - the Burner represents something that a lot of my midlength designs lack - a bit of neutrality. While its got plenty of spark off the back foot due to a nice little single concave out the fins, this design's major highlights are smooth glide and predicatbility underfoot - Burners are a trustworthy travel board and a loyal daily driver.
On one side of the coin these are 'a shortboard for people who don't shortboard' while at the same time, theyre a 'midlength' for life-long performance shortboarders. The Burner is a very happy middleground thats rarely out of place.
ON FINS
Another thing the Burner has in spades is pliability with fin options. I have never boxed this shape in with a specific fin design since the outline and rocker are so capable or adapting to all kinds of setups - the 2+1 has been the baseline, but we're offering it in some other surfer-favorites from over the years: Twin, Quad, Twinzer and the classic 2+1.
